They are looking for an Assistant Catering Manager to help lead one of their school catering teams. As Assistant Catering Manager you will be responsible for providing catering service, managing the team, maintaining stock control, planning menus and any additional hospitality requirements.

To be a successful Assistant Catering Manager you will have:

  • proven craft and management skills
  • a real passion for fresh food
  • previous client liaison experience
  • NVQ level 2 in Professional Cookery or equivalent (ideally)

As an ongoing commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children, all successful applicants will be required to complete an enhanced DBS application, provide 2 references and have right to work in the UK.

Term time contract is a great way to combine work with family commitments.

Hours of Work: 40 Hours per week, including alternate weekends required & early and late shifts
