Grafton Banks Finance is working exclusively with a growing SME business near Crawley to recruit a Senior Management Accountant. Hybrid working with 3 days in the office and 2 remotely. This role could suit an ACA or ACCA qualified accountant from practice within audit or accounts preparation teams looking to move into industry or someone already working within industry with a mix of financial and management accounts experience.

Reporting to the Finance Director you will have varied responsibility including:

  • Group consolidations
  • Liaison with Auditors at year end
  • Group cashflow forecasting
  • Balance sheet control and reconciliation
  • Pricing
  • KIP reporting
  • Variance analysis
  • Process and systems improvement
  • Ad hoc project work
