Grafton Banks Finance is keen to hear from experienced Finance or Accounts Assistants based in the Crawley area. We are actively supporting a dynamic and growing business that is currently seeking a Temporary Accounts Assistant to help during a particularly busy period, while they focus on enhancing their finance processes.
Reporting to the Finance Manager, this role will play a key part in supporting the day-to-day finance operations.
Key Responsibilities:-
High-volume financial data processing, including uploading, coding, and verifying invoices

Reviewing sales invoices for accuracy

Allocating payments and inputting data into the finance system

Resolving invoice-related queries in a timely manner

Processing payments

Providing ad hoc support to the finance team, including purchase ledger and credit control tasks

Available to start immediately (May 2025)

Able to commute to the office on a hybrid basis

Prior experience in finance administration or a similar accounts role

Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills

AAT qualification (desirable but not essential)
