This school is seeking a dedicated School Secretary to join their team and help ensure the smooth running of their school community.Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to the Headteacher, staff, and students.
  • Manage the school's front office, including greeting visitors and answering enquiries.
  • Maintain accurate student records and assist with admissions and attendance tracking.
  • Coordinate schedules, meetings, and correspondence for the school leadership team.
  • Handle phone calls, emails, and other communications promptly and professionally.

Key Requirements
