In this role, you will take full responsibility for leading and developing a talented team of designers, overseeing the creation and delivery of high-quality bedroom and bathroom furniture solutions. Working closely with the estimating, purchasing, and manufacturing teams, you will ensure excellence at every stage of the product lifecycle, from concept to completion.
