Key Responsibilities

As a Sales/Account Manager, you will play a crucial role in the success of the company by managing and growing client relationships. Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Account Management: Take ownership of a portfolio of existing accounts, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and repeat business. You will be the main point of contact for your clients, responding to inquiries and addressing any concerns.
  • Cold Calling and Business Development: Generate new leads and business opportunities through proactive cold calling and outreach. You'll be tasked with identifying potential clients, understanding their needs, and positioning the company’s products/services as the ideal solution.
  • Building Relationships: Develop strong, lasting relationships with clients to create a solid foundation for long-term business. You will act as a trusted advisor, understanding client goals and helping them achieve success through tailored solutions.
  • Sales Reporting: Track and report on sales activity, client feedback, and business development progress. You’ll need to be proactive in identifying opportunities for improvement and growth within your accounts.
  • Collaborative Teamwork: Work closely with other team members, such as the sales team and customer support, to ensure a seamless experience for clients and drive business growth.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should meet the following criteria:

  • Language Skills: Fluency in German is highly desirable. This will allow you to work effectively with clients across diverse markets.
  • Sales/Account Management Experience: Previous experience in a sales or account management role is a must. You should be comfortable managing client expectations, conducting cold calls, and negotiating deals.
  • Relationship Building: You are skilled at developing and maintaining strong relationships, and have a natural ability to engage with clients on a personal level.
