- Source, screen, and manage candidates for US-based engineering roles
- Oversee the full recruitment process from initial outreach to placement
- Collaborate with our internal BD lead to align delivery efforts
- Flex your working hours based on client needs
- 6–12+ months experience in recruitment (delivery, 180, or resourcing)
- Engineering or manufacturing recruitment background preferred
- US market knowledge is a bonus, not essential
- Self-driven, coachable, and highly motivated
- Able to adapt working hours around client needs
- Basic salary up to £35,000
- £70,000–£100,000+ first-year OTE
- Commission structure: £2,000 per placement or £5,000 on your third in a month
