Pertemps Crawley are looking for an outgoing individual to join our personable and highly successful team to manage the branch social media pages as well as provide administrative support to a team of Perms Consultants.
Hours of work are flexible for the right candidate.

The Role:
- Writing and posting job adverts
- Formatting CVs
- Supporting Consultants with sourcing & vetting of CVs to match to current vacancies
- Social media post scheduling
- Content creation
- Answering the phones, taking messages and providing assistance
The Person:
- Previous experience in a similar administrative role, ideally within a sales environment
- First class communication skills as this role will involve speaking with colleagues, clients and candidates
- Creative and adaptable approach
- Computer literate with experience using MS Office packages
