Pertemps Crawley are looking for an outgoing individual to join our personable and highly successful team to manage the branch social media pages as well as provide administrative support to a team of Perms Consultants.

Hours of work are flexible for the right candidate.

The Role:
  • Writing and posting job adverts
  • Formatting CVs
  • Supporting Consultants with sourcing & vetting of CVs to match to current vacancies
  • Social media post scheduling
  • Content creation
  • Answering the phones, taking messages and providing assistance

The Person:
  • Previous experience in a similar administrative role, ideally within a sales environment
  • First class communication skills as this role will involve speaking with colleagues, clients and candidates
  • Creative and adaptable approach
  • Computer literate with experience using MS Office packages
