Driver Hire Gatwick is looking for a Class 2 Delivery driver to join one of our well established clients in the new year of 2026! In this role you will be delivering a range of quality meats to different clients across areas such as Kent and the South West. This is an ongoing opportunity and even a Temp to Perm opportunity for the right candidate!
Responsibilities
- Up to 5-10 deliveries depending on distance.
- Monday to Friday starting at 0500am.
- Ensure compliance with driving regulations.
- Make sure all paperwork is signed, accurate and distributed.
- Conduct daily vehicle checks which fulfil health and safety criteria.
- Oversee safe loading and unloading of goods.
- Make sure loads are secure.
Qualifications/Experience
- You must hold a valid driving license, CPC card and tach card for a class 2
- Be able to operate the vehicle responsibly and safely, ensuring loads are safe and secure.
- No more than 6 points, with no major endorsements/convictions. No (CD/IN/DR/TT)
- Would need to live within 10 miles of the workplace in Crawley
- Minimum one year relevant driving experience
- Good navigational skills
- Right to work in the UK
