An exciting opportunity has arisen for a dedicated Key Account Manager to join a growing organisation based in Crawley. Offering a  dedicated exceptional end-to-end offering from product concept through to service and maintenance solutions you will need to be a  dynamic and results-driven Key Account Manager to manage and grow the service and maintenance offering within this business. u

Day-to-day duties of the role:
  • Research and identify clients who can benefit from service and maintenance solutions. This will be reactive contact through recently secured product sales but also proactive sales researching where competitors have sold and providing an add on service.
  • Convert completed projects into ongoing service and maintenance contracts, ensuring clients recognise the company commitment throughout the lifecycle of the product and service.
  • Identify facilities management companies with existing contracts to find opportunities for service and maintenance contracts.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and ensuring their satisfaction.
  • Conduct compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations to showcase the value of our services.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets. Negotiate terms and close sales agreements.
  • Provide ongoing support to clients, ensuring their needs are met and fostering long-term relationships.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline status using CRM software.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Ability to understand and articulate technical concepts.
  • Excellent negotiation and closing skills.
  • Self-motivated with a strong work ethic.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Willingness to travel as required to meet with clients and attend industry events.
