Our client, a well-established professional services company, is currently recruiting a Marketing Executive to join their Marketing team. The Marketing Executive will be responsible for supporting the Marketing and Business Development team to ensure the smooth delivery of marketing and event activities across the firm.

Key Responsibilities for the Marketing Executive:
- Own the day-to-day co-ordination of marketing mailing lists, ensuring data accuracy and GDPR compliance
- Support the planning and delivery of email marketing campaigns (via Mailchimp), including building, testing, and scheduling campaigns in line with agreed timelines.
- Help to keep the website up to date and fresh by posting blogs, updating/adding profiles, publishing new content, promoting and maintaining events publicity online.
- Coordinate content scheduling across platforms (LinkedIn, website, email) to ensure consistency and alignment with campaigns.
- Coordinate logistics for in-person and online events, including venue liaison, invitations, RSVPs, delegate communications, and follow-up. Managing on-line event bookings and the registration process, the budget if appropriate and working with business partners on co-branded events as required
Skills Required for the Marketing Executive:
- Ideally a graduate with some experience of working in a marketing role, (strong candidates with A levels and experience will be considered)
- Confident user or quick learner of tools like WordPress, Mailchimp, SmartSurvey, and CMS platforms
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams)
- Strong communication skills
- Driving License
