Position: Assistant Building Surveyor
Location: Remote
Salary: 40k - 50k
We are currently recruiting for an Assistant Building Surveyor to join a well-established Chartered Building Consultancy. This role is offered on a remote working basis, with occasional travel into London and surrounding areas for site visits and client meetings.
This is an excellent opportunity for an aspiring Building Surveyor to gain experience across both professional and project services while working toward chartership. You'll be supported by a knowledgeable and approachable team, with structured guidance and mentorship through the APC process.

Assistant Building Surveyor Position Remuneration
- Salary: 30,000 - 40,000 DOE

Assistant Building Surveyor Position Overview

Assistant Building Surveyor Position Requirements
- Degree in Building Surveying (RICS Accredited)
- 1+ year of experience in a consultancy or relevant role (including placements/internships)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Willingness to travel for site work across the South/South East
- Motivated to work toward MRICS qualification
