Role Overview:
As a Social Housing Maintenance Ground worker, your daily responsibilities will include:
- Carrying out Ground worker repairs and maintenance work within social housing properties
- Responding to emergency and scheduled maintenance requests from tenants and property managers
- Ensuring all work is completed to the highest standards of quality and safety
- Conducting property inspections to identify areas requiring maintenance or repairs
- Collaborating with other tradespeople and contractors to ensure efficient and effective service delivery
Skills & Experience:
- Proven experience as a Ground worker, ideally within the social housing or maintenance sector
- NVQ or City & Guilds in Grounds Maintenance or equivalent
- Full UK Driving Licence
Job Details:
- Salary: Up to £44k per year - Weekly CIS payment offered
- Location: Crawley
- Van and fuel card provided
