- Handling inbound enquiries via phone and email
- Managing and developing customer accounts
- Creating quotations from construction drawings and documents
- Processing customer orders
- Liaising with internal departments to coordinate deliveries
- Maintaining and updating the CRM database
- Proactively maximising customer accounts through upselling and cross-selling of new and additional products
- Proven ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure and manage a busy workload
- Strong IT skills and familiarity with CRM systems
- Commercial mindset with a proactive approach to identifying sales opportunities within existing accounts
- Salary up to £35,000 (DOE) + up to 10% annual bonus
- Monday to Friday, 8.30am - 5.30pm (1-hour lunch break)
