Day-to-day of the role:- Set and run CNC milling or turning machines, ensuring precision and adherence to aerospace specifications.
- Work to fine tolerances and perform in-process inspections to maintain quality.
- Maintain a clean work area and ensure proper maintenance of tools.
- Operate as a trusted member of a skilled team, contributing to continuous improvement and lean manufacturing practices.
- Proven experience as a CNC Machinist, with skills in either CNC milling or turning.
- Familiarity with machining aluminium and titanium.
- Strong understanding of and ability to work to aerospace specifications and fine tolerances.
- Commitment to maintaining a clean and organised work environment.
