Do you have a background in the construction trades and experience across areas such as bricklaying, carpentry, plastering, or general building?

In this role, you will deliver multi-trades training to groups of apprentices and full-time learners. You'll provide practical, hands-on guidance alongside classroom-based support, ensuring learners gain the skills and knowledge to succeed in the construction industry.

The successful candidate will hold a vocational qualification in a construction trade (e.g. Bricklaying, Carpentry, Joinery, or similar) and have solid experience across different areas of general building. Previous teaching experience is not required, as full training and qualifications will be provided.

This role would suit a versatile tradesperson who enjoys variety and wants to make a real impact by sharing their skills with the next generation, while working for an employer that truly invests in its people.

The Role:

  • Based in Crawley, Monday to Friday, 27.5 Hours/week
  • Delivering multi-trade training (e.g. Bricklaying, Carpentry, Plastering, Joinery, General Building)
  • Full Teacher Training Provided
  • Supporting apprentices and full-time learners to achieve their qualifications
  • Providing practical demonstrations, guidance, and mentoring

The Person:

  • Vocational qualification in a construction trade
  • Strong, hands-on trade experience
