Kenneth Brian Associates are assisting a fast growing company in their search for a Senior Credit Controller to join their team on a permanent fully remote basis. The ideal candidate must have experience in the Health Care, Care Home or NHS Sector.
Main Duties:
- Contact customers to follow up on outstanding debts and accurately document all interactions in their records.
- Reconcile customer accounts to verify that all invoices have been processed and addressed.
- Monitor credit-stopped orders throughout the day and take appropriate action as necessary.
- Regularly review and monitor credit limits to ensure they are set and maintained at appropriate levels.
- Track customer payment behaviour to identify potential cash flow concerns.
- Log and follow up on customer queries promptly to ensure timely resolution.
- Process New Account Proposal Forms as quickly as possible and review them regularly to support timely credit decisions.
- Undertake ad hoc projects as assigned by the Credit Control Manager.
