Kenneth Brian Associates are assisting a fast growing company in their search for a Senior Credit Controller to join their team on a permanent fully remote basis. The ideal candidate must have experience in the Health Care, Care Home or NHS Sector.

Main Duties:

  • Contact customers to follow up on outstanding debts and accurately document all interactions in their records.
  • Reconcile customer accounts to verify that all invoices have been processed and addressed.
  • Monitor credit-stopped orders throughout the day and take appropriate action as necessary.
  • Regularly review and monitor credit limits to ensure they are set and maintained at appropriate levels.
  • Track customer payment behaviour to identify potential cash flow concerns.
  • Log and follow up on customer queries promptly to ensure timely resolution.
  • Process New Account Proposal Forms as quickly as possible and review them regularly to support timely credit decisions.
  • Undertake ad hoc projects as assigned by the Credit Control Manager.

  • Experience in the Health Care, Care Home or NHS Sector.
