Are you looking for a new service driven role in Crawley? My client is seeking an Administration /Customer Service Assistant to join their team on a fixed-term basis for 9 – 12 months. Please keep reading for more information.

Day to day responsibilities:

  • Handle and respond to customer queries and process orders for both external and internal stakeholders.
  • Support the Office and Customer Service Manager by managing customer care calls and assisting with inquiries regarding product information, availability, usage instructions, issues, and complaints.
  • Maintain comprehensive product knowledge and manage customer/client phone and web enquiries, including maintaining the database, recording messages, taking orders, and processing them.
  • Provide first-class customer service to existing, new, and potential clients via phone, email, and online chat.
  • Support in handling customer queries, filing, and logging complaints, and investigating issues with partners to resolve complaints efficiently.
  • Perform various office support tasks such as sending out samples, organising travel and meetings for UK employees, and managing post and courier services.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in phone and email communications.
  • Strong skills in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Ability to work effectively in a small team environment and manage multiple priorities.
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to remain focused on repetitive tasks.
  • Flexibility to work additional hours during busy periods and occasional travel for company meetings.
