Customer Service Representative
Monday – Friday (8.30am – 4.30pm or 9.30am – 5.30pm)
Saturday Shift – 1 Saturday in every 6 weeks (8.30am – 2.30pm) with a full day off the following week.
£24,000 +£2,400 annual bonus
I am currently recruiting for an experienced Customer Service Representative based in Manor Royal providing an excellent service to the companies B2B customers.
Duties and Responsibilities:
• Provide proactive and exceptional customer service for all UK sales accounts by effectively handling of a range of enquiries from our customers• Fast and accurate processing of orders inbound and outbound• Communications including LIVE CHAT with added administration functions to support our company sales activities• You will be required to answer a high number of incoming calls and perform sales support duties including providing product information to our customers and resolution of queries in relation to orders.• Have excellent attention to detail• Intermediate IT skills in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel• Be highly organised in time and task management, have a good record of pace and delivery and the ability to remain neutral and positive under pressure• Previous experience of taking 80+ calls a day and order entry experience within a Customer Services environment is essential, as well as excellent spoken and written communication skills
