I'm partnering with a growing company in Crawley who are looking for a proactive, driven Debt Collector to join them on a temp-to-perm basis. This is a stand-alone role with real ownership and scope to evolve as the business grows.
You'll work closely with Billing, Revenue, and Customer Service teams, managing outstanding debt while building strong relationships with customers. This role is perfect for someone who prides themselves on excellent customer service, strong rapport-building, and results-driven approach.
The role offers:
- Up to 30,000 depending on experience
- 9am-5pm, Monday to Friday
- Hybrid working once training is complete
- Temp-to-perm opportunity with scope to develop the role

- A proactive and self-motivated individual
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Experience in collections, finance, or customer service is a plus
- Someone who thrives working independently while collaborating across teams
