Teaching Assistants needed for our Primary and Secondary Schools in Crawley
- Start Date: September 2025
- Pay: £85-£90 per day
We’re currently recruiting passionate and proactive Individuals to join a variety of schools as Teaching Assistant across Primary and Secondary.
Whether you’re an experienced TA or a graduate looking to take your first step into education, we’d love to hear from you!
What you’ll be doing:
- Supporting pupils in small groups and 1:1 across KS1 and KS3
- Assisting with interventions and in-class support
- Helping to create an engaging and inclusive learning environment
- Working closely with teachers and SEN staff to support pupil progress
What we’re looking for:
- Some previous experience in a school or child-based setting
- Level 2 or 3 TA qualification is preferred
- A genuine interest in helping children thrive
- Friendly, flexible and confident personality
