In this role, you'll manage a caseload of apprentices, visiting them on-site at their employer locations to assess progress, provide guidance, and liaise with employers. You'll have the autonomy to plan your own diary and manage your caseload effectively.

The successful candidate will hold a Level 3 Electrical qualification and bring experience within Electrical Installations. Previous assessor or teaching experience is not required, as full training and qualifications will be provided.

This role is ideal for an experienced electrician or electrical engineer who wants to transition into training and mentoring, while joining an employer that truly invests in its people.

The Role:

  • Field-based position covering Crawley & surrounding areas

The Person:

  • Level 3 Electrical qualification

  • Strong organisational and time management skills
