The position is for a Maintenance Electrician in the social housing sector with a remuneration of £19.80 PAYE or £24.86 per hour umbrella.
Candidates must have at least 18 months of experience and hold an 18th Edition qualification, with a 2391 Test & Inspect certification being desirable.
The role involves day-to-day maintenance and repair of social housing properties within the RH postcode area, including East Grinstead and Crawley.
Successful applicants will work Monday to Friday from 8 am to 5 pm, and will need to pass a Basic DBS check.
A full UK driving license and own tools are required, while social housing experience is advantageous.

We're looking for a Maintenance Electrician able to deliver first-class repairs service across a variety of properties for our reputable Housing Association client.

Requirements:

18th Edition as a minimum
2391 Test & Inspect is desirable
Full UK driving Licence with no more than 3 points.
Own tools (specialist tools will be provided) Social Housing experience is advantageous
Successful candidates will be subject to a Basic DBS check

You will be required to carry out the full range of general maintenance and new installation work to occupied and vacant properties whilst ensuring that Health and Safety procedures and safe working practices are adhered to at all times.
