About the Role

We’re looking to speak with a confident and engaging Commercial Business Partner to join our client’s international team at their Gatwick operation. This is a pivotal role that blends financial insight with operational collaboration, helping drive performance and cost efficiency across the business.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Monitor daily KPIs, delay reports, customer complaints, and service metrics
  • Interpret change orders and assess their impact on contracts and operations
  • Liaise directly with clients to develop cost-effective solutions
  • Collaborate with department heads to understand activity drivers, labour usage, and budget alignment
  • Lead monthly business reviews with operational and financial insights
  • Attend weekly operations meetings with internal teams and end clients

What We’re Looking For

  • A confident communicator who can translate financial data for non-finance stakeholders
  • A proactive problem-solver with a partnership mindset
  • Experience in financial analysis within a fast-moving, contract-driven environment
  • Strong Excel skills (COUNTIF, SUMIF, LOOKUPs, Pivot Tables, Conditional Formatting)
  • Power BI experience is a plus

This role offers the chance to make a real impact in a fast-paced, operational environment. You’ll be the go-to person for commercial insight, working across departments and directly influencing client relationships and business outcomes. This is very much a customer facing / relationship building role, hence being a site based / Monday to Friday role.
