International Treasury Manager

Location: Crawley (Hybrid - 3 days in office)

Salary: £55,000 - £65,000 per annum + Bonus

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead M&A integration activities, ensuring seamless novation of core treasury responsibilities into Treasury Operations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams across Finance to recommend and implement best practices.
  • Provide analytical support to the Deputy Treasurer, including the preparation of high-quality materials for Committee and Board presentations.
  • Manage a wide range of internal and external stakeholders, including commercial divisions, operations teams, and lender compliance groups.
  • Support ongoing M&A deal activities, offering insight and operational guidance.
  • Champion process improvements across cash management, treasury systems (FIS Integrity), automation, and reporting.
  • Recommend and implement strategies for liquidity optimisation and interest rate exposure management.
  • Support initiatives aimed at maximising interest income.
  • Provide operational support for interest rate risk management.
  • Execute foreign exchange trades and interest rate swaps at best available pricing.

About You:

  • Minimum 3 years' experience in Corporate Treasury, preferably within a global organisation.
  • Demonstrated experience in treasury operations, particularly in high-paced and complex environments.
  • Strong analytical and detail-oriented mindset.
  • Confident working across functions and with senior stakeholders.
  • AMCT qualification (desirable).
