We're working with our client to find a Customer Service & Billing Administrator to join a friendly team at their offices in Crawley.
You'll be responsible for reviewing charges, raising invoices for customers, and handling any disputes or queries that arise. This role blends data input with customer service and is ideal if you love digging into the details, helping people, and being part of a supportive, high-performing team.
What you'll be doing:
- Checking and processing invoices
- Producing reports to highlight and understand billing issues
- Issuing customer invoices based on discrepancies
- Managing credits with suppliers
- Handling customer queries and disputes professionally
- Working with suppliers to resolve outstanding billing issues
- Keeping detailed records and ensuring all communications are clear and accurate
What you'll need:
- Strong Excel skills and be confident inputting data
- Great written and verbal communication skills
- A problem-solving mindset and good attention to detail
- Experience in customer service or handling disputes
- A team player attitude with the ability to work independently too
