Alexander Lloyd are working with a fantastic, large organisation based in Surrey who are looking for a commercially-minded finance professional to lead Group-level FP&A and reporting activity, providing critical insight and decision support to senior leadership.

This role blends financial planning, performance analysis, and stakeholder engagement, with a focus on process improvement and strategic alignment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead internal financial reporting cycles, delivering clear analysis on performance, profitability, and cash flow.
  • Manage group budgeting, forecasting and financial modelling across P&L, balance sheet, and cashflow.
  • Prepare Board-level reporting and strategic presentations, offering insights on risks, opportunities, and business drivers.
  • Partner with business and function heads to align financial plans with strategic goals.
  • Enhance FP&A processes and tools in collaboration with transformation and data teams.
  • Build dashboards and reports using Power BI; support financial system optimisation
  • Monitor key KPIs and highlight variances or emerging trends.
  • Contribute to ad-hoc strategic projects including restructuring, investment cases, and M&A modelling.

What We're Looking For:

  • Senior-level FP&A experience,
  • Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) with strong technical and commercial skills.
  • Advanced Excel and financial modelling proficiency; experience with reporting tools and FP&A systems is a plus.
  • Confident communicator with experience presenting to Board-level stakeholders.
  • Strong collaborator with the ability to influence across business functions.
  • Organised and adaptable, capable of handling multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
