What You’ll Be Doing:- Transforming vacant properties through thorough cleaning, from carpets to basements and lofts.
- Clearing properties of rubbish, old furniture, and non-approved fittings.
- Revitalizing gardens by removing debris, litter, and scrap.
- Dismantling and clearing garages and sheds when required.
- Managing waste responsibly, ensuring disposal at approved locations.
- Ensuring all tasks meet health and safety standards.
- Experience in cleaning or property clearance is essential.
- Awareness of health and safety regulations.
- Physically fit and comfortable with outdoor work and heavy lifting.
- A valid, clean driving licence is a must (Company van provided).
- A proactive, detail-oriented team player who takes pride in their work.
