Trainee Sales Executive – Telecoms Sales (Voice, Data, Cloud)

Location: Crawley, RH10 1JH

Salary: £26,(Apply online only) - £30,(Apply online only) + Fantastic Commission Structure (6k yearly OTE)

Hours: Monday to Friday, Flexible start, and finish times between 08:00 - 18:00 (Most staff work 08:30 - 17:00)

 The Role

As a Trainee Sales Executive, you’ll be at the forefront of our growth, learning the ropes of B2B sales while building relationships with businesses. You’ll receive full training and mentorship to help you become a confident, consultative seller.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prospect and qualify new business leads

  • Present and promote our voice, data, and cloud solutions

  • Build strong client relationships and understand their needs

  • Achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs

  • Maintain accurate records in our CRM system
