Environment Housing Maintenance

The Company

Housing Maintenance Specialist, carrying out repairs and maintenance in a professional manner. This contract will consist of Care Home’s or social housing properties on a void and responsive basis. Property maintenance works, Carpentry, Wet Trades, Plumbing.

The Role

Multi Trade- Carpentry biased or wet trades biased.
Receive & complete works via PDA device
Work safely in accordance with H&S
Carpentry, Plumbing, Tiling, Plastering, Painting & Decorating, Fencing, Paving

Skills & Experience

Relevant industry qualifications (NVQ, CSCS)
Full UK Drivers License
Social Housing experience preferred
