About the Role:

We are a reputable property maintenance and staffing agency seeking skilled and reliable Handymen to join our growing network in Crawley. This role involves working on a variety of assignments across residential, commercial, and rental properties. Ideal for professionals looking for flexible work through an agency with consistent job placements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Carry out general maintenance and repair tasks as assigned

• Handle basic plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and painting jobs

• Perform property inspections and report required repairs

• Complete tasks such as assembling furniture, hanging shelves, repairing fixtures, etc.

• Maintain accurate records of completed work

• Follow safety guidelines and company protocols

• Represent the agency professionally on client sites

Requirements:

• Proven handyman or multi-trade experience (minimum 1 year preferred)

• Ability to carry out a wide range of maintenance tasks

• Good communication and time management skills

• Strong attention to detail and customer service focus

• Own tools and vehicle

• Flexible availability to take on short-notice jobs or emergency call-outs

• Eligibility to work in the UK

Desirable (but not essential):

• CSCS card or Health & Safety certification

• Trade qualifications (e.g., NVQ, City & Guilds)
