Key Responsibilities:

As College Principal you will oversee the operational and strategic direction of the Chichester College Group's two campuses in Crawley and Brinsbury, with a combined student population of approximately 5,500. Brinsbury, a specialist campus for land-based education, offers an opportunity to manage a working farm and equine yard, making it a unique setting for passionate leaders in this sector.

Key responsibilities will include

  • Lead the growth of student numbers and develop curriculum offerings, particularly in technical education and land-based provision.
  • Foster strong relationships with local employers and stakeholders, particularly in the technical and agriculture sectors.
  • Manage a diverse curriculum and ensure high standards of teaching, learning and student experience, particularly in engineering, IoT, and Level 3 technical programmes.
  • Manage the P&L, contribute to financial sustainability and achieve growth targets.
