We are a well-established heating and renewable energy installation company with over 25 years' experience. Specialising in boiler and air source heat pump installations, we complete nearly 200 installations annually, combining high standards with a close-knit, supportive team. We are passionate about developing our engineers and providing them with the tools, training, and opportunities to grow their careers.

This role is ideal for an installer with a strong hands-on background. You will have proven experience installing boilers and air source heat pumps, with knowledge of central heating systems and wiring. You take pride in completing jobs efficiently, safely, and to the highest standard, and you enjoy mentoring junior colleagues and sharing your expertise.

This role is for a Lead Installer who will take ownership of installations, mentor junior engineers, and ensure every job meets the highest quality standards. You'll work independently on-site while being part of a team that prioritizes safety, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.

We're looking for someone who is motivated, reliable, and takes pride in their work. You enjoy learning and upskilling, can communicate effectively with clients, and thrive in a fast-paced, hands-on environment.

Person:

• Experienced in boiler and air source heat pump installations

Role:

• Lead installations independently and to the highest standard
• Mentor and support junior engineers on-site
• Assess client requirements and provide professional recommendations
• Maintain accurate records, tools, and company vehicles
• Follow strict health and safety procedures at all times
