We’re looking for caring, reliable Teaching Assistants to join our team in Crawley and surrounding areas. Whether you want full-time work or flexible, day-to-day placements, we’ll connect you with schools where your support truly matters.
Your Responsibilities- Assist teachers with lessons and classroom activities
- Support pupils individually or in small groups
- Create a safe, inclusive, and positive learning environment
- Help pupils with additional needs and adapt to their learning styles
- Encourage positive behaviour and engagement
- Work closely with teachers and staff to promote pupil progress and wellbeing
- Experience working with children (across age groups is a bonus!)
- A patient, nurturing, and adaptable approach
- Confidence supporting pupils with a range of needs
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)
