Key Responsibilities:

As an Employee Relations Administrator, you will play a vital role in supporting our Employee Relations team. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing comprehensive administrative support to ensure smooth operations.
  • Scheduling and coordinating meetings, hearings, and interviews, including efficient diary management and room bookings.
  • Preparing and issuing standard letters, documentation, and meeting packs with attention to detail.
  • Maintaining accurate and confidential filing systems, as well as ER case spreadsheets.
  • Assisting with logging and monitoring cases on the ER case management system.
  • Supporting transcription service bookings and team meeting logistics.
  • Liaising with managers and staff to arrange meetings seamlessly.
  • Responding to basic Employee Relations queries and redirecting formal matters appropriately.

Candidate Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and skills:

  • A good standard of education (minimum GCSEs, including English and Maths).
  • Experience in an administrative role within a busy office setting.
  • Strong organisational skills and an unwavering attention to detail.
  • A confident communicator with a professional telephone manner.
  • Competence in Microsoft Office applications.
  • An understanding of confidentiality and data protection principles.
