Job Title: Senior HR Administrator (Temporary 4-6 months)

Working Hours:9am-5pm Monday to Friday

Pay Rate: £12.21 per hour

Location: Crawley - Hybrid working

First Recruitment Services is looking for an experienced Temporary Senior HR Administrator to join our clients busy Employee Relations team. This is a fantastic position for someone who has experience working within a larger organisation, who has exposure to complex ER cases. You will be required to travel to sites across the South East, therefore you must have access to your own transport and the willingness to travel to sites.

HR Administrator Duties:

  • To provide high-level administrative and organisational support to the Employee Relations Managers and Advisors.
  • Co-ordinating Employment Tribunal responses, liaising with managers, solicitors and witnesses.
  • Supporting the administrator of complex ER casework including investigations, disciplinaries, grievances and appeals.
  • Taking minutes at complex and sensitive ER meetings.
  • Managing the transcription service, ensuring timely booking and cost management.
  • Maintaining and updating the Employee Relations case management system, tracker and reports.
  • Acting as a point of contact for ER queries and appropriately escalating formal issues.
  • Supporting DSAR processes and statutory reporting deadlines.
  • Assisting with HR Project Co-Ordination and training event organisation.

Experience and Qualifications:

  • CIPD Level 3 or working towards Level 5 (or equivalent experience)
  • Strong experience of HR administrator within a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent prioritisation and organisational skills.
  • Confidence when handling sensitive information and with discretion.
  • Experience supporting employment tribunal processes is advantageous but not essential.
  • Competent with Microsoft Suite; especially Excel and Outlook.
