2nd Line - IT Support Engineer
**Based in Crawley
We're on the lookout for a 2nd Line Support Engineer to join a fast-paced, internal IT department. You'll be the go-to person for technical issues, working across a variety of environments to keep systems running smoothly and clients happy.
Key Responsibilities:

Handle escalations and 2nd line support tickets through the service desk

Excellent knowledge of desktop and laptop hardware, operating systems (Windows, Mac OS, Linux) and software applications.

Troubleshoot and resolve issues across Windows, Office 365, Azure, networks, and cloud platforms

Knowledge of networking concepts such as TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, and VPN

Maintain detailed documentation and ensure SLA targets are met

Deliver excellent service with a proactive and consultative approach
Requirements:Previous Internal IT or MSP experience is required, with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a high-energy environment.
Salary in the region £30K depending on experience
