- Our client, a Crawley-based manufacturer of medical equipment and devices, is seeking an experienced engineer for their production department.
- The role involves running planned maintenance and addressing breakdown issues across electrical, mechanical, and PLC systems on a busy production line.
- Candidates must possess an electrical or electronic engineering qualification, with a solid understanding of circuit design and PLC programming.
- Experience with 3-phase systems and the ability to efficiently handle time-sensitive manufacturing machinery issues is required.
- This full-time position offers a salary of £35,000 to £40,000, and candidates should have at least 3 years of relevant experience.
They are currently in need of an experienced engineer within their production department.
Running planned maintenance as well as break down issues covering electrical, mechanical as well as PLC systems on a busy production line.
You will have electrical or electronic engineering qualification. Solid understanding of electrical/electronic circuit design and PLC systems (programming and testing) experience of working with 3 phase systems and an ability to work effectively and efficiently on process and manufacturing machinery with time sensitive issues, should a machine come off the production process.
This is a Monday to Friday position, working 8.00am - 4.45pm with benefits including
25 days holiday increasing to 27. ( on top of 8 days national Bank Holidays)
