RESIDENTIAL PROPERTY SOLICITOR, 2+ PQE, WEST SUSSEX, SALARY UP TO £40-55K (DOE). Excellent opportunity to join a highly regarded practice. Based out of their office, you will become a key part of this firm's thriving conveyancing team. JOB REF: 215299681The successful candidate will work closely with the Director to help manage the department’s caseload, covering all aspects of residential property transactions from instruction through to post-completion.• The firm are accepting applications from solicitors, licensed conveyancers, and legal executives with a minimum 2+ years’ PQE.• You will be responsible for handling transactions from start to finish, managing files in line with regulatory requirements, delivering clear and thorough legal advice to clients, and offering strong support to colleagues across the wider team.• You will be expected to uphold the firm’s professional image and contribute to client sourcing and business development initiatives as needed• You should have strong technical expertise in residential property law, stay up to date with legal developments and procedural or statutory requirements, and demonstrate the ability to manage your caseload efficiently while consistently meeting deadlines and targets.• Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential for engaging with clients and liaising with other solicitors, agents, and other third parties in a timely and professional manner.• To apply contact Gemma on or email with your CV or simply call for a confidential discussion.eNL will never share your CV with a third party without your express permission.
