- Visiting customer sites across the South London area to carry out repairs, servicing, and maintenance.
- Diagnosing faults quickly and effectively - and getting machines back up and running.
- Managing your own parts stock and keeping detailed service records.
- Liaising with the workshop control team to ensure efficient service delivery.
- Making safety a priority and keeping your tools and test equipment in top condition.
- Previous experience servicing or repairing mechanical or electrical equipment.
- A hands-on problem solver who enjoys taking ownership and working independently.
- Great communication skills – you'll be dealing directly with customers, so a professional and friendly approach is key.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
- A full UK driving licence – this is a field-based role.
- Salary: £30,000 - £35,000 (depending on experience)
- Company Phone and Van – Business only usage
- Monthly bonus based on team performance
