Are you passionate about electronics manufacturing and ready to take the next step in your engineering career? We're looking for an Electronics Production Engineer to play a key role in supporting and optimising our PCBA production and mechanical/wiring operations.

As an Electronics Production Engineer, you’ll be hands-on with programming pick-and-place machines, soldering equipment, and AOI systems, while also developing and improving production processes. You’ll work across departments to troubleshoot, implement improvements, and ensure everything runs efficiently on the shop floor.

Key responsibilities of the Electronics Production Engineer include:

  • Programming and maintaining SMT and PCBA production equipment
  • Supporting mechanical assembly and wiring teams with technical documentation and guidance
  • Creating SOPs and process improvements to increase efficiency, quality, and safety
  • Collaborating with production, design, and quality teams
  • Delivering training and technical support to production staff


We’re seeking an Electronics Production Engineer with:

  • A degree in Electronics or Manufacturing Engineering (or similar)
  • 3+ years of experience in electronics production
  • Knowledge of PCBA, SMT, wiring techniques, and ESD protocols
  • Strong communication, troubleshooting, and process improvement skills
