As a Marketplace Specialist joining a well-established distribution company based in Crawley. To manage a range of online sales activities. You’ll work closely with the sales and marketing teams to grow our digital presence and online revenue.
Marketplace Specialist responsibilities:
- Manage our online sales channels, including Amazon and eBay.
- Create, update, and optimise product listings.
- Track website and platform performance, ensuring data accuracy and consistency.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase online sales and visibility.
- Set and manage competitive pricing across platforms.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to improve website content and user experience.
- Monitor sales trends and customer behaviour to identify opportunities.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activity.
- Respond to online enquiries and support customer interactions.
Skills & experience required:
- Strong understanding of E-Commerce platforms and SEO.
- Experience with content and product management.
- Good communication skills - written and verbal.
- Highly organised with attention to detail.
- Strong time management and ability to prioritise tasks.
- Customer-focused approach with a problem-solving mindset.
- Project management experience is a plus.
