As a Marketplace Specialist joining a well-established distribution company based in Crawley. To manage a range of online sales activities. You’ll work closely with the sales and marketing teams to grow our digital presence and online revenue.

Marketplace Specialist responsibilities:

  • Manage our online sales channels, including Amazon and eBay.
  • Create, update, and optimise product listings.
  • Track website and platform performance, ensuring data accuracy and consistency.
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase online sales and visibility.
  • Set and manage competitive pricing across platforms.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to improve website content and user experience.
  • Monitor sales trends and customer behaviour to identify opportunities.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activity.
  • Respond to online enquiries and support customer interactions.

Skills & experience required:

  • Strong understanding of E-Commerce platforms and SEO.
  • Experience with content and product management.
  • Good communication skills - written and verbal.
  • Highly organised with attention to detail.
  • Strong time management and ability to prioritise tasks.
  • Customer-focused approach with a problem-solving mindset.
  • Project management experience is a plus.
