Your Role:
* Deliver high-quality, patient-center care in a home setting* Administer medications, IV therapy, wound care, and other essential treatments* Work closely with multidisciplinary teams to ensure the best outcomes for patients* Monitor patient progress and provide updates to healthcare professionals* Support families and carers with guidance and education
Requirements:
* NMC Registered General Nurse (RGN)* Experience in community nursing, A&E, or acute care preferred* Strong clinical skills, including IV administration and wound care* Excellent communication and decision-making abilities* A valid UK driving licence and access to a car (desirable)
