Description

  • Provide high-level administrative and organisational support to the Employee Relations Managers and Advisors.
  • Co-ordinate Employment Tribunal responses, liaising with managers, solicitors and witnesses.
  • Support the administration of complex ER casework, including investigations, disciplinaries, grievances and appeals.
  • Maintain and update the Employee Relations case management system (Assure/Selenity), trackers and reports.
  • Take minutes at complex and sensitive ER meetings.
  • Manage the transcription service, ensuring timely booking and cost management.
  • Act as a point of contact for ER queries and appropriately escalate formal issues.
  • Support DSAR (Data Subject Access Request) processes and statutory reporting deadlines.
  • Assist with HR project co-ordination and training event organisation.

Profile

  • CIPD Level 3 or working towards Level 5 (or equivalent experience).
  • Strong experience of HR administration in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent organisational and prioritisation skills.
  • Confident handling sensitive information with discretion.
  • Experience of supporting employment tribunal processes desirable.
  • Competent with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Outlook.
