As a Clinical Pharmacist, you will:
- Clinically screen prescriptions and ensure the accuracy of dispensing.
- Provide patient advice and counselling in line with protocols.
- Act as the Responsible Pharmacist when needed.
- Support staff training and contribute to operational efficiency.
- Develop and follow Standard Operating Procedures.
- Participate in clinical governance and continuous improvement.
- Ensure compliance with CPD requirements for the GPhC.
