Your Role

As a Senior M&E Quantity Surveyor, you'll manage the full commercial lifecycle of multiple projects. From procurement and tender evaluations to managing subcontractor packages and final accounts, your expertise will ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget. You'll collaborate closely with project teams, the Commercial Director, and clients, providing strategic input and clear reporting throughout each project's lifecycle.

What We're Looking For

We're seeking professionals with a minimum of 8 years' experience in quantity surveying, specifically within M&E projects. A proven track record managing complex M&E packages on projects valued at £10 million or more is essential. Strong commercial awareness, excellent negotiation skills, and familiarity with JCT and NEC contracts are key.
