Job Title: LETTINGS NEGOTIATOR – Residential Lettings

Our client, a regarded independent sales and lettings agency with a strong local reputation, is seeking a Lettings Negotiator to join their team. This is a fantastic opportunity for either a career starter with strong customer service skills or someone with early lettings experience looking for development and progression.
The role offers comprehensive training, hands-on experience, and the chance to become a key part of a friendly, professional team.
What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities):
- Assist with letting properties from initial enquiry to move-in
- Build strong relationships with landlords and tenants
- Conduct property viewings and follow up with applicants
- Handle enquiries by phone, email, and in person
- Prepare tenancy documentation and ensure compliance
- Support the team with marketing and property listings
- Work towards agreed targets and objectives
What We're Looking For (Skills & Experience):
- Minimum 12 months’ experience in sales or customer-facing roles
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Confident telephone manner
- Well-presented and professional appearance
- Ambitious, self-motivated, and team-focused
- Local knowledge of the Crawley area (preferred)
- Full UK driving licence and own car (essential)
- Professional and proactive approach to work
