Join our dynamic team in Crawley as a Recruitment Consultant specialising in the Finance sector. This role is ideal for recent graduates or individuals new to recruitment, offering a unique opportunity to work alongside Reed's Top Billing Manager. With a focus on permanent placements, you will play a crucial role in expanding our presence across Sussex.
Day-to-day of the role:- Full 360 Recruitment Process: Engage in all aspects of the recruitment process, from outbound business development calls, meetings and client acquisition to candidate sourcing, interviews and offer negotiation.
- Candidate Sourcing: Utilise various platforms such as job boards, social media, and LinkedIn Recruiter to source candidates. Conduct interviews, perform background checks, and match candidates to suitable job opportunities.
- Key Relationships: Develop and maintain strong relationships with both clients and candidates, providing exceptional service and insightful advice.
- Collaboration: Work closely with team members to ensure branch success and maximise opportunities for cross-selling.
- Driving License: Essential for client meetings.
- Proactive Attitude: Self-motivated with a strong drive to succeed.
