Our client, a specialist Air Conditioning contractor based in Crawley, is seeking an experienced Parts & Service Coordinator to join their expanding team. The ideal candidate will be located within a commutable distance of Crawley.
The Parts & Service Coordinator will be responsible for scheduling planned and reactive work for engineers, acting as the main point of contact for client enquiries, following up on these enquiries, and handling general administrative duties. Additional responsibilities will include liaising with the supply chain for parts and spares, managing stock levels within the warehouse, and preparing parts for collection.
The ideal candidate will have prior experience in a similar role within the Air Conditioning, Facilities Management, or Building Services sectors. Please note, this position will involve some heavy lifting when handling orders and parts in the warehouse.
Parts & Service Coordinator Job Overview
- Taking customer enquiries and providing follow-ups
- Schedule works for Engineers and Contracts Manager
- Implementing the new CRM software
- Day-to-day running of the business across coordinating for service & Projects
- Manage stock of spare/parts within the warehouse on site and prepare parts & spares ready for collection
- Ability to liaise with the supply chain/suppliers
- Maintaining fleet - liaising regarding service, repairs and MOT
Parts & Service Coordinator Job Requirements
- Previous Service Coordinator/admin experience
- Worked in Air Conditioning/FM/Mechanical or Building services
- Happy to work with warehouse leasing engineers and clients for parts & spares.
- Experience working with supply chain/suppliers
- Live within a commutable distance from Crawley
Parts & Service Coordinator Salary & Benefits
- Basic salary between 25,000 - 30,000 DOE
- Monday to Friday working hours
