Are you a recent Psychology or Social Care graduate looking to make a meaningful impact before pursuing a career in teaching, educational psychology, mental health support work, clinical therapy, social work, or pastoral care?
We are recruiting compassionate, resilient, and enthusiastic graduates to work in a range of specialist settings across West Sussex and Surrey, supporting children with Autism, ADHD, SEMH, and other additional needs as a Teaching Assistant or Learning Support Assistant.
We cover age ranges from 6 - 18, dependent on the setting you are working in. Whether you're looking for experience in a SEND school, Alternative Provision, or a mainstream setting with a strong inclusion focus, we can help find the right role for you in the classroom.

Your Role Will Involve:
- Supporting creative and structured activities tailored to each child's needs
- Helping children overcome barriers to learning and build confidence and social skills
- Working closely with teachers, therapists, and senior leaders to deliver individualised support
- Building positive relationships to understand triggers, interests, and emotional needs
Who We're Looking For:
- Psychology, social care (or related) graduate with a passion for working with children with SEND or SEMH needs
- Strong empathy, resilience, creativity, and problem-solving skills
- GCSEs in Maths and English (A*-C or 4+)
- Enhanced DBS or willingness to apply (we can support this)
